Are your parts compatible with RIELLO / BALTUR / DANFOSS / SIEMENS burners?
Yes. We supply replacement parts that fit these brands. Model numbers are listed on each product page. If you are not sure, send us the burner model or the original part number and we will confirm.
How do I find the right part if I only have a photo?
Send the photo on WhatsApp. Our engineers usually identify a part within a few hours.
Do you supply original brand parts or replacements?
Both. Original parts are marked “Original”; compatible parts are marked with their own brand. Check the product title before ordering.
Can you cross-reference an original part number to your part?
Yes. Send the original number (e.g. RIELLO 3005781) and we will reply with the equivalent.
Pricing & Payment
Why is the price shown so low?
The price on the website is a reference price only. Final price depends on quantity, specification and shipping. We confirm it after your order or inquiry.
How do I get a real quotation?
Add the item to cart and submit the order, or use the “Request a quotation” form on the product page. We reply within 1 business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) and WeChat Pay. We do not accept online card payment — this protects both sides from price mismatches.
When do I pay?
After we confirm the final price and send you an invoice. Please do not send payment before receiving our invoice.

Which couriers do you use?
DHL, FedEx and UPS for air freight; sea freight for large orders.
How long is delivery?
Small parcels: 3–7 working days after payment. Bulk orders: depends on quantity — confirmed in the quotation.

Yes. Please provide your country and postcode for an accurate shipping cost.

Contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace or refund it if the problem is on our side.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We manufacture Bielio burners with our own assembly in Shanghai, and supply RIELLO, BALTUR, DANFOSS and SIEMENS parts.
Do you offer OEM / ODM?
Yes. Send your drawing or specification and we will confirm feasibility and lead time.
Do you ship to my country? Are there import duties?
We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Can you provide certificates (CE, ISO, test reports)?
Yes. Ask our team and we will send the relevant documents for the model you need.
How fast do you reply?
